From rough idea to market-ready product — strategy, design, and full-stack engineering.

Product Development

Overview

What this engagement looks like

We partner with founders and product teams to go from concept to launch. Clear milestones, weekly demos, and production discipline so you ship something real — then iterate with evidence instead of guesswork.

How we deliver

From idea to a market-ready MVP

01

Discovery sprint

Pressure-test the idea, define MVP scope, and pick the stack for speed + scale.

02

Prototype & validate

Clickable flows and early builds so stakeholders align before full engineering.

03

Build to launch

Ship core features with auth, billing hooks, and weekly demos you can trust.

04

Launch & roadmap

Go live with monitoring, then prioritize the next bets from real usage.

Questions

Product Development — frequently asked

How fast can we get an MVP to market?

6–12 weeks for a genuine MVP — real users, real data, real payments if the model needs them. The schedule is driven far more by scope discipline than by engineering speed, so most of our value in the first two weeks is arguing features out of v1 rather than into it.

What does MVP development cost?

$30,000–$80,000 for most MVPs, depending on integrations, compliance requirements, and whether mobile is in scope. We phase the work so you have a working, deployable product at the end of each phase, which means you can stop, raise, or change direction without owning a half-built system.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

Occasionally, as a partial offset for a company we have strong conviction in, but never as the full arrangement. Pure-equity builds tend to misalign incentives on both sides — we would rather be accountable to a scope and a deadline than to a cap table.

What happens when we hire our own engineering team?

We plan for it, because it is the healthy outcome. Documentation, architecture decision records, and infrastructure-as-code are part of delivery from the beginning, and we routinely onboard a client's first in-house hires and then step back to advisory. Handoff is a milestone, not a loss.
