Embracing Next-Gen is an online conference and session bookings system that streamlines event registration, scheduling, and attendee management. Users can browse agendas, register as attendees or speakers, apply for passes, and view speaker and vendor details. The platform supports multiple registration types—attendees, speakers, vendors, and press or media—and handles sponsor applications and registration status (e.g. registration closed or successful). From agenda and sessions to attendee and vendor lists, Embracing Next-Gen keeps conference logistics in one place.

Managing multiple registration types and roles
Designed a flexible registration system for attendees, speakers, vendors, and press with clear status and pass types.
Agenda, sessions, and speaker management
Built agenda and session views with speaker and vendor lists so organizers and attendees have one source of truth.
Sponsor applications and registration status
Integrated sponsor application flows and registration status (e.g. closed, successful) so event logistics stay transparent.

Discovery
Mapped conference workflows with the client. Defined requirements for registration, agenda, speakers, vendors, and sponsors.
Design
Designed flows for home, agenda, registration, speaker/vendor lists, and sponsor applications with a focus on clarity.
Development
Built the app with React Native; backend with Node.js, Express, MongoDB. Deployed on AWS with monitoring.
Launch & Support
Launched in time for the event. Provided support during and after the conference and iterated based on feedback.
