It delivers workout plans, secure payments, video courses, an appointments system, and access to trainers—all in one place. Users can follow personalized plans, book sessions with trainers, manage subscriptions and payments, and learn through structured video content. The app supports onboarding with health and fitness preferences so every user gets a tailored experience.
